摘　　要：本文首先研究了中小型高科技企业的特点 。In this paper,we shall study on characteristic of middle-small type high-tech enterprise in first.And then,we shall study on common share prompting for the entire personnel and tech-share prompting for the technology personnel in these enterprises.
