血清肿瘤相关物质对妇科肿瘤的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤相关物质、糖类抗原12-5对在妇科肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对254例妇科恶性肿瘤、100例妇科良性肿瘤患者及100例健康女性,分别采用电化学发光法、化学比色法测定血清中Ca125、TAM的水平。结果与正常对照组及良性肿瘤组相比,恶性肿瘤患者血清Ca125和TAM的含量明显升高(P<0.05),Ca125和TAM对妇科恶性肿瘤的检测灵敏度分别为37.4%、44.1%,特异度分别为91.0%、92.5%。两者联合检测灵敏度和特异度分别为67.7%、84.0%。结论血清TAM、Ca125的检测对妇科恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断有重要的意义,两者联合检测可提高妇科恶性肿瘤的检出率,尤其是卵巢癌的检出率。Objective To investigate the value of serum tumor associated Material ( TAM) and Ca125 in diagnosing gy-necologic tumor .Methods Serum level of Ca125 and TAM in 254 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor ,100 cases of benign tumor and 100 cases of healthy patients were detected by electrochemiluminescence and chemocolorimetry .Results Serum level of Ca125 and TAM in malignant group was significantly higher than that of the benign and healthy group (P<0.05).Sensitivity of TAM and Ca125 in diagnosing malignant tumor were 44.1% and 37.4%, specificity of TAM and Ca125 were 91.0% and 92.5%,combined detection of TAM and Ca 125 in malignant group were 67.7%and 84.0%.Conclusion The combined detec-tion of serum TAM and Ca 125 is helpful to the diagnosis of gynecologic tumor ,especially for the ovarian cancer .
