摘　　要：目的：研究p-p38和SIAH2蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测80例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本中p-p38和SIAH2的表达与临床病理因素的关系并分析两者相关性；检测10例癌旁组织中p-p38和SIAH2的表达。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中p-p38及SIAH2的阳性表达率分别为57.5%和60.0%， p-p38和SIAH2表达存在正相关（r=0.330，P＜0.05）。癌旁组织中两种蛋白仅有少量点状表达。p-p38蛋白表达与肿瘤临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关，SIAH2蛋白表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关，两种蛋白表达与肿瘤大小、患者年龄无显著相关性。结论p-p38和SIAH2过表达在乳腺癌的发展及浸润转移中具有重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expressions of p-p38 and SIAH2 and their relationship with the clinicopathological factors in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of p-p38 and SIAH2 were determined by immunohistochemical staining in 80 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 10 cases of adjacent normal breast tissues, and relationship between the expressions of p-p38 and SIAH2 and the clinical pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of p-p38 and SIAH2 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 57.5%and 60.0%, respectively. There was a close relationship between p-p38 and SIAH2 expressions. There was occasional nuclear positivity in the adjacent normal breast tissues. The expression of p-p38 was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression of SIAH2 was correlated with histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, but no relationship was found between their expressions and the patient''s age or tumor size. Conclusion The over expressions of p-p38 and SIAH2 play an important role in the development, invasion, and metastasis of breast cancer.
