摘　　要：在分析社会对标准化人才需求特点的基础上提出初、中、高级标准化人才的不同培养路径,指出高校应高度重视并自觉适应我国标准化发展战略带来的发展机遇和人才培养需求,在培养不同层次、不同行业的标准化人才中开拓人才培养新的路径和发展空间。On the basis of the social demands of standardization talents, the paper puts forward the different cultivation paths of primary, intermediate, and advanced standardization talents, and points out that universities should attach great importance to adapt the developmental opportunity and talent cultivation demands brought by China’s standardization development strategy, exploring new paths and developmental space of standardization talent training in different level and industries.
