摘　　要：本文结合我国新出台的食品安全监管体制,对食品安全可追溯的内涵及实现要素进行了分析,研究出直观的、完整的、实用的、系统的食品安全可追溯体系及追溯方法。This paper analyses the connotation and the implementation elements of food traceability systemaccording to the new released Food Security Regulation System, and presents an intuitive, complete and practical way for food traceability system and tracing method.
