摘　　要：在高职院校开设"企业法律风险管理"选修课是一种新的尝试,它对于高职学生法律风险意识和技能的培养具有重要作用。对此,从开设"企业法律风险管理"课目标设计、内容选择、教学方法和手段等方面进行思考和探索,使这门新设课程取得良好的教学效果。Opening“Law Risk Management in Enterprise”course as one of the elective courses in vocational colleges is a new attempt. It plays an important role in cultivating the students' legal risk awareness and skills. This paper discusses and explores the above course from the aspects of teaching objective design, content selection, teaching methods and means, in order to make the new curriculum to achieve favorable teaching effects.
