摘　　要：互联网迅猛发展,对经济、政治社会和文化建设产生的影响日益广泛和深刻,对人们的生产、工作和生活方式影响越来越大,利用好互联网这一思想阵地,第一时间掌握热点突发事件、疏导舆论走向;对网站及登载新闻进行协调管理;方便快速地对网站开办新闻时政类论坛进行动态监测;对违规登载新闻的网站和传播有害信息的论坛及时处理等等,目前已成为国土资源管理和舆情工作的新课题。The rapid development of Internet affects not only the political,economical and cultural society,but also changes the lifestyle of people,the production and work life.Making good use of Internet to master hot emergencies and first time to divert public opinion toward; posted on the website and coordinated management news; facilitate rapid dynamic monitoring on starting websites offering news on current political affairs forum and timely processing on the forum posting news illegal spread of harmful information sites,etc...These now become the subject of public opinion and the new land management and resources.
