新时期高校学生党员质量保障的创新研究

摘　　要：高校学生党员思想政治教育的不到位,党员入口把关的不严格,不合格党员的出口不通畅,加之1990年后出生的高校学生党员心理个性的影响,使得高校部分学生党员质量有待提高。随着高校学生党员的占比不断增加,高校学生党员的质量保障问题显得越来越迫切。要控制数量,提高质量,就必须制定并执行严格规范的程序和制度,增加人力物力的投入,进行全方位、全时段的思想政治教育。Due to the imperfect ideological and political education,non-strict practice of permissible ac-cession,limited approaches to unqualified Party members’withdrawal from CPC,and psychological person-ality of post-1990s college students,the quality of some student Party members remain improved.Along with the increasing numbers,guaranteeing their quality is becoming more and more urgent.The paper thinks that,in order to control the number and improve the quality,it is a must to develop and implement rigid normative procedures and systems,to carry out an all-round and full-time ideological and political edu-cation,and to increase the investment of manpower and material resources.
