摘　　要：从中国财政的公共化转型这一视角,审视高等教育财政,分别从筹资、拨款与转移支付、成本分担与学生资助等几个方面讨论高等教育财政的制度变迁,已有的研究进展,以及目前需要解决的问题。Since 1978, China's higher education finance system has been reformed and it has confronted many challenges. From the perspective of China's public finance reform, this article analyzes the funding, appropriation and cost recovery of higher education. With the view of the institutional transition and research progress, the problems of China's higher education are analyzed and the further research directions are introduced.
