大学“第四职能”的生发逻辑与结构分析——大学组织特性的视角

摘　　要：大学职能直接关涉着大学的办学定位与发展前景。大学职能具有强烈的建构性、理想性以及彻底的目的性等特征,是大学组织特性的一种折射。大学职能的确认需要从大学的知识性、开放性、适切性以及创造性组织特性得以证明,且需要从人才、知识以及社会三大责任主体对大学的多重第四职能进行结构分析与整合。这一评判标准的确立以及大学职能的结构分析对澄清大学的发展思路,明确大学的发展方向具有重要的理论与实践意义。The function of university affect the orientation and development prospect of a university. It has such features as constructive,idealist and radical purposiveness and it is a mirror of organization feature of university. The function of university is affirmed by organization features like knowledge, openness, appropriateness and creativeness. The concept 'fourth function' of university need to be analyzed and integrated from many elements talent, knowledge and society these subject ofliabilities. The judgment standards and the structural analysis of university function have important theory and practice significance for the clarification of development thought and the confirmation of development direction.
