摘　　要：高校学生公寓已经成为学生们的主要生活场所,也成为了学生思想政治教育的主要阵地,加强学校内学生党员的管理,在公寓中进行党员宿舍挂牌活动可促进学生党员的先锋模范作用。本文通过创新高校学生公寓党建工作机制,对提升党员宿舍在公寓管理中的模范作用进行浅析与探讨。University student apartments have become students of the main living areas, has also become a major position in the ideological and political education of students, to strengthen the management of the school the student party, party hos-tel listed activities carried out in the apartment promotes the exemplary role of the student members. Through innovative mechanism of party college student apartments, analyzed and discussed to enhance the exemplary role of party members in the apartment management.
