摘　　要：弹性学习制度对技师学院的教学改革具有极强的指导性,它所具有的一些固有特质能够帮助技师学院培养出与社会需求更好对接的现代人才。因此,在技师学院的语文教学工作中也应推行弹性学习的思想,积极开展教学改革工作。本文介绍了弹性学习制度的基本特征,并在此基础上提出了做好技师学院语文教学改革工作的对策。Flexible learning system for college teaching technician has strong guidance;its inherent qualities can help technician college train modern talents who can better meet social needs. Thus, in college technician language teaching should also pursue the idea of flexible learning, actively carry out teaching reform. This article describes the basic features of flexible learning system, and based on this, proposed countermeasures on better reform of technician college language teaching.
