摘　　要：高校班干部协助辅导员对班级事务进行管理,其工作能力直接关系到班级管理的有效性。本文期望分析高校班干部应该具备哪些重要方面的工作能力,当前班干部在工作中的不足之处,以及从班干部选拔、培训、监督几方面就班干部工作能力培养提出一些对策。The university student class cadres assist university counselors to manage the classes' affairs. Their ability directly affects the effectiveness of the class management. This article is aim to find out what kind of abilities should they have, what kind of work competence does the class cadres lack of and put forward proposals to improve he university student class cad-res' competence via selection, training and supervision.
