摘  要:中师生是一个特殊群体,存在许多心理问题和思想问题,班主任要与学生心灵产生共鸣,就必须了解学生的心理问题及思想状况。中师生在学习、情感、个性等方面都存在一定问题,妨碍了师生正常交流与沟通,不利于师生心灵对话。因此,寻找班主任与学生心灵共鸣的策略,深入了解学生,有的放矢地对学生进行教育,促使学生心理健康发展很有现实意义。Normal school teachers and students is a special group, there are many psychological and ideological questions, teacher should resonate spiritual with students, must understand the students' psychological problems and state of mind. Teachers and students in learning, emotion, personality, etc. have certain problems, impede the normal exchange and communication between teachers and students, teachers and the mind is not conducive to dialogue. Thus, the teacher and students looking for spiritual resonance strategy, in-depth understandings of students, targeted education for students, promote the development of students' mental health is very practical significance.
