摘　　要：时代的快速发展,带动了铁路运输行业的迅速发展,我国的铁路运输在经济发展上起到了很大的促进作用。高质量的服务质量能够促进铁路运输业的发展,因此铁路职业道德的建设成了重点关注的话题。但是我国铁路运输行业在发展的过程中也出现了一些问题,因此加快铁路职业道德建设成了当务之急。本文简要分析了新形势下铁路职业道德建设的几点措施,旨在提高铁路职业道德。The rapid development of the times, led to the rapid development of railway transport industry, China's railway transportation in economic development has played a significant role in promoting. Quality of service quality can promote the development of railway transport, and therefore the construction of the railway became the focus of professional ethics topic of concern. But China's railway transportation industry in the development process there have been some problems, so speed up railway construction ethics has become a priority. This paper analyzes several measures of railway building of professional ethics in the new situation, aimed at improving railway professional ethics.
