二级管理体制下高职院校绩效评价指标构建分析

摘　　要：构建适宜、科学的考核评价指标体系是做好二级管理工作的基础和关键,也是当前高职院校体制机制改革的迫切需要。本文阐述了高职院校绩效评价指标构建的意义,指出了当前高职院校绩效评价指标存在的问题,提出了构建绩效评价指标应考虑的"六个统筹"事项,为高职院校绩效评价指标的构建做出了有益的探索。Construction of suitable and scientific evaluation system assessment is the foundation and key secondary management, but also an urgent need for institutional reform of the system of vocational colleges. This paper describes the significance of the performance evaluation in vocational colleges, pointed out the current performance evaluation problems in vocational colleges, proposed building performance evaluation should be considered, 'the six co-ordination' matters of vocational colleges performance construction of evaluation to make a useful exploration.
