摘　　要：如何提高独立学院大学生党员的质量和充分展示党员的作用,学校要加强管理机制,搭建施展平台,也要学生党员进行自我教育、自我提高,本文为提高大学生党员作用的长效机制发挥做了积极有益的探索。How to improve the quality of independent college students party member and demonstrate the role of party members, schools should strengthen management mechanism, set up to display their platform, but also the student party members self-education, self-improvement, this paper is to improve the long-term mechanism Student Party made a positive role to play useful exploration.
