摘　　要：目前职业性民办本科院校在人才培养方面已经取得一些成就,但在高技能专业人才培养方面还面临不少问题.本文就职业性民办本科院校高技能专业人才培养的现状进行分析,从专业设置、课程体系建设、教师队伍建设等方面探讨职业性民办本科院校高技能专业人才培养模式的对策.Currently, occupational private college has made some achievements in personnel training, but in the training of highly skilled professionals, is also facing many problems. This paper analyzed the present situation of private occupational colleges training highly skilled professionals to discuss countermeasures private occupational colleges of highly skilled professionals from the professional training model, curriculum system, teaching staff construction.
