摘　　要：“减数分裂期染色体制备实验”是动物遗传学实验课程重要内容.本文介绍了小鼠睾丸细胞减数分裂染色体标本制作的改进方法,通过本方法可制备和观察到大量分散良好、背景清晰、染色体结构紧凑的睾丸细胞减数分裂各期分裂相,得到较好的实验效果.'Preparation of meiotic chromosomes experiment' is an important part of animal genetics experiment course. This article describes the mouse testis meiotic chromosome specimen of the improved method, can be prepared by this method and observed a large number of well-dispersed, clear background, compact testicular meiotic chromosome structure of each phase of the division, get better experimental results.
