摘　　要：法律人才培养和社会需求脱节是当前我国高等法学教育存在的主要问题之一。本文通过对当代社会对法律人才培养的新要求的分析,从"应用法学"视角提出法律人才培养目标的新定位,并论述了法律人才培养模式创新的具体路径。Legal personnel training and social needs of touch is one of the main problems existing in higher education law. This paper analyzes the new requirements of contemporary society's legal personnel training, from the perspective of 'application of law' raised new positioning legal personnel training objectives, and discusses the specific path of legal training model innovation.
