摘　　要：高等院校所培养的人才如果不能满足社会的需求,将严重影响学校的生存与发展。为了更好地满足社会对人才的需求,培养出具有扎实专业基础、熟练操作技能的应用型人才,高等院校必须重视各专业课程设置以及教学内容的优化研究,加强对学科及特色品牌专业建设的探索。If the talents trained by a higher school couldn't satisfy social needs, then it will seriously influence the survival and development of the higher school. In order to meet the social need for talented people, we should cultivate students' solid foundation for professional knowledge, creative awareness, good team spirit and excellent operation skills. Higher school should be pay attention to analysis on curriculum design and teaching contents optimization, we should discovery to strengthen construction of subject and Construction of Characteristic Specialty.
