摘　　要：我国高校教育事业的发展，促使大学生群体数量、规模不断增加，彰显了大学生群体中学生干部的作用，学生干部是高校建设过程中不可缺少的组成部分。近几年，高校更加意识到学生干部队伍建设的重要性，对学生干部队伍的建设提出更高、更新的要求，本文通过对学生干部群体的现状进行研究，探讨一下学生干部队伍建设的意义。Development of university education in our country promptes the number of college students, the increasing sca-le, highlighting the role of the student population cadre school students, college student leaders is the process of building an indispensable component. In recent years, college students more aware of the importance of cadres, the cadres of the building for students, higher, newer requirements, the paper on the status of student leaders group study to explore the significance of student cadres construction.
