摘　　要：我国高等教育经过近十年的发展,规模和数量已经达到一定高度。但是平均质量已经下降,因此对高等教育质量相关问题的研究日显重要。针对中国目前高等教育大发展过程中产生的质量及质量观问题进行了探讨。对高等教育质量及质量观变化进行了阐述,得到应建立规模、结构、质量、效益协调发展的高等教育质量观的结论。It is more and more important that the problem about higher education should be investigated while its average quality is decreasing along with the amount and scale developing. In this article, the quality and quality idea problem of higher education during it develops quickly in china is mainly discussed. The opinions about them and their variation are stated, he-reafter the conclusion is achieved that the quality idea should be constituted in which scale, structure, quality and benefit should develop harmonically.
