摘　　要：教学团队建设是高校师资培养、提高教学和人才培养质量的有效途径。文章分析了兵团高校教学团队建设的现状,针对当前兵团高校教学团队建设中存在的问题,从高度重视教学团队建设、强化过程管理、完善制度、加大人才引进及资金支持力度等方面提出了推进兵团高校教学团队建设的对策建议。Teaching team building is the effective way of college teacher training, improving the quality of teaching and tra-ining of personnel. This article analyzes the current situation of university teaching corps team building, team building for the university teaching corps exist in the current issue, from the height of attention to teaching team-building, strengthening process management, improve the system, increase the introduction of talents and financial support and other aspects, to put forward the propulsion suggestions on corps teaching team building.
