摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展，互联网成为大学生日常生活不可或缺的组成部分，校园网络文化建设和管理成为发展高等教育事业的重要方面，对其研究具有重要意义。本文从校园网络文化的内容出发，分析其双重影响和建设的必要性，在此基础上为校园网络文化的建设提出合理建议，致力于文明健康校园网络文化的打造。With the rapid development of network techniques, network is playing an indispensable role in university stu-dents' daily life. The construction and management of campus network culture are becoming important aspects of higher edu-cation development. The study on campus network techniques has important significance. The paper is starting from the con-tent of campus network culture;analyzes the double influence and the necessity of construction. It puts forward the reasonable proposals, committed to build the civilized and healthy campus network culture.
