摘　　要：作为高校最基层的管理之一，班级管理实现了学生组织功能的开发与拓展，教师与学生信息的顺畅交流。良好的班级管理模式能够实现较好育人效能。因此本文旨在充分挖掘育人资源，构建双主型、学习型、理解型和个性型四种班级管理模式，以期推动高校班级管理，促进搞好大学生思想政治教育和安全管理工作。As one of the most basic level of university management, class management features to achieve the development and expansion of the student body, smooth exchange of information between teachers and students. Good classroom manage-ment model can achieve better performance of educating people. Therefore, this paper aims to fully exploit the resources in educating people, building dual master type, learning, understanding type and personality type four class management mode, in order to promote the college classroom management, and promote and improve the ideological and political education of college students safety management.
