摘　　要：研究生干部是高校研究生管理的核心力量，了解研究生的共性和个性是进行研究生管理的基础，本文围绕研究生干部组织的管理，结合研究生的特点和电子科技大学光电信息学院的实际情况，在理论和实践层面进行了一定程度的探索，并给出了相应的对策与建议。Graduate cadres are the core strength of Graduate management, to understand the character and individuality graduate is the basis for graduate management graduate cadres tissue, this paper focuses on the management, combined with the characteristics and the actual situation of graduate Optoelectronic Information, University of Electronic Science and Tech-nology of China, in theory and practice the level made a certain degree of exploration, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
