摘　　要：大学生创业教育与实践培训非常重要。目前，自主创业的难度越来越大，创业教育也很难进入到大学教学环节，教师积极性差，创业实践基金落实困难，创业场所落实困难，这些因素制约着大学生创业教育的实施。针对这些创业难题，提出采取适当的应对措施，推进创业教育，解放思想、与时俱进，保证大学生创业教育和创业实践有效开展。Entrepreneurship education and practical training is very important. At present, self employment is more and more difficult, entrepreneurship education is also very difficult to access to university teaching, teachers are poorly motivated, entrepreneurial practice fund implementation difficulties, difficulty of implementation of business places, these factors con-straining the implementation of entrepreneurship education for college students. In view of these entrepreneurship problems, propose appropriate measures, promote entrepreneurship education, emancipate the mind, keep pace with the times. Ensure the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial practice effectively.
