摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸酐酶Ⅱ(CAⅡ)在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)组织中的表达及与其临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测54例GIST组织中CAⅡ的表达情况。结果 GIST组织中CAⅡ表达阳性率为66.7%(36/54),CAⅡ表达与肿瘤大小、原发部位及危险度分级有关(P<0.01)。结论 CAⅡ表达可能与GIST的发生发展有一定关系。Objective To investigate the expression of carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ( CAⅡ) in gastrointestinal stromal tumor ( GIST) and its correlation with clinicopathologic parameters .Methods The expression of CA Ⅱin 54 cases of GIST was detec-ted by immunohistochemical technique .Results The positive rate of CA Ⅱ was 66.7% (36/54) in GIST tissues.Differential expression of CA Ⅱ was associated with clinicopathologic parameters including tumor size , anatomic site and risk group ( P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of CA Ⅱmay play an important role in the development of GIST .
