摘　　要：目的探讨P16蛋白在宫颈上皮内病变(CIN)及宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测65例宫颈癌,90例CIN(其中CINⅠ30例,CINⅡ30例,CINⅢ30例),30例正常宫颈组织的P16蛋白的表达情况。结果 P16蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈组织组为6.7%(2/30)、CIN组为70.0%(63/90),宫颈癌组为100.0%(65/65)。P16蛋白在CIN和宫颈癌中阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 P16蛋白表达参与了宫颈癌的发生发展过程,可作为早期筛查和诊断的分子生物学指标。Objective To investigate the expression of P 16 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN) and cervix carci-noma samples and its significance .Methods Immuneohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P 16 in 65 cases of cer-vix carcinoma,90 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINⅠ30 cases,CINⅡ30 cases,CINⅢ30 cases) and 30 cases of normal cervical tissues .Results The positive rate of P16 expression in normal cervical tissues ,CIN and cervix carcinoma was 6.7%(2/30),70.0%(63/90)and 100.0%(65/65).Compared with the normal cervical tissues ,there was a noted high expres-sion of P16 in CIN and cervix carcinoma,the statistics difference was significant (P<0.001).Conclusion P16 contribute to carcinogenesis and development of CIN and cervical carcinoma .P16 can be used as a biological indicator in early diagnosis of CIN and cervical carcinoma .
