摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈癌的预后状况及其影响因素。方法选取宫颈癌患者97例，根据患者的临床分期确定治疗方法。自制随访调查表，采用电话随访、上门随访和医院门诊复查的方式分析患者预后状况。采用单因素和多因素分析影响宫颈癌患者预后的相关因素。结果宫颈癌患者3年、5年总体生存率分别为84．5％、80．4％。单因素分析发现，年龄、临床分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移与5年生存率有关（P＜0．05）；多因素分析发现，年龄（OR＝2．552，95％CI＝1．195～5．449）、临床分期（OR＝6．855，95％CI＝2．132～13．047）、病理类型（OR＝4．450，95％CI＝1．479～9．390）、淋巴结转移（ OR＝5．562，95％CI＝1．657～11．677）是宫颈癌患者预后的危险因素。结论宫颈癌患者预后不良，年龄、临床分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移是影响宫颈癌预后的独立危险因素，应权衡患者病情并采取相应措施来提高患者生存率和生活质量。Objective To explore the prognosis of cervical carcinoma and correlated factors .Methods Operation meth-ods were selected by clinical stages in 97 patients with cervical carcinoma .Prognosis was analyzed by finishing follow-up question-naire on telephone ,at patients ’ home and hospital outpatient .The correlative factor was studied by single factor analysis combined with multivariate analysis.Results The 3-year and 5-year overall survival rates of patients with cervical carcinoma were 84.5%and 80.4%.Single factor analysis showed that age ,clinical stage,pathological type and lymphatic metastasis were related with 5-year survival rate (P<0.05);multivariate analysis showed that age (OR=2.552,95%CI=1.195~5.449),clinical stage(OR=6.855,95%CI=2.132~13.047),pathological type(OR=4.450,95%CI=1.479~9.390),and lymphatic metastasis(OR=5.562,95%CI=1.657~11.677) were risk factors affecting prognosis of patients with cervical carcinoma .Conclusion Age, clinical stage,pathological type,and lymphatic metastasis were risk factors affecting prognosis of patients with cervical carcinoma . Patient’ s condition should be measured and appropriate treatment be selected to improve patient ’ s survival and quality of life .
