摘　　要：企业研发机构是企业集聚创新资源的重要载体,是企业技术创新的核心和骨干力量,加强研发机构建设是提升企业自主创新能力的重要手段和关键环节,大力推动企业研发机构建设,对于加快建立以企业为主体的技术创新体系和推进创新型城市建设都具有重要意义。Research and development institution is an important carrier for enterprise's collection of innovative resources,and also the core and main force for enterprise's technology innovation. Therefore,strengthening the construction of research and development institutions is an important means and key point to improve enterprise independent innovation ability. Focusing on the construction of enterprise R&D institutions is beneficial for accelerating the establishment of technological innovation system,and pushing forward innovative city construction.
