摘　　要：高校开展学科竞赛,对于开展素质教育和培养创新人才,对于改革课程体系和教学内容,均有着十分重要的意义。而在当前大学学科竞赛迅速发展的情况下,许多高校在学科竞赛的管理及运行机制上仍存在一些问题。本文对地方高校在开展学科竞赛过程中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。It is of great significance for local universities to conduct the discipline contests, in order to develop quality education,cultivate innovative talents, and reform the course system and teaching contents. Under the condition of rapid development, there still exist some problems in the management and operation mechanism of discipline contests in many universities. This article will analyze the common problems in managing the discipline contests in many local universities, and based on this, related countermeasures will be suggested.
