摘  要:在分析大口径三通管传统加工工艺的缺点和不足的基础上,详细介绍了三通管热模拔制成形新工艺。该工艺是在管坯上开一个椭圆形预制孔,然后用加热装置将预制孔周围加热至1 200℃,再在立式液压机上用热拔模具直接拉拔成形三通支管。在某管件厂现有设备的基础上进行了相关实验,结果表明该新型大口径三通管热模拔制工艺能很好地成形出三通管。The traditional manufacturing processes for large diameter T-Tube are introduced and analyzed. The novel forming process for large diameter T-Tube is described in details. Firstly,an elliptic pre-manufactured hole is milled. Secondly,the peripheral region of the hole is heated to 1 200 Celsius degree by means of a heat device. Finally,the drawing punch is pulled out of the mother tube and a branch pipe is formed. A lot of experiments were to be done in the pipe process factory. The results show that the novel hot drawing forming process for large diameter is feasible.
