摘　　要：通过对航空引信铸件旋翼结构及其铸造工艺性的分析,介绍了模具分型面的确定、型芯包紧力的计算、开模方式、模具结构及原理等模具设计的全过程。介绍的金属型模具浇注设计,结构合理,操作方便,是最经济的模具设计方法。By the analysis of the aviation fuze rotor structure and the casting process,it introduces the define of the mold parting surface,the calculation on the force of core tight package,the way mold,the mold structure and principle of the whole mold design process. It is the most economical mold design method of the metal mold casting design,as it has reasonable structure and convenient operation.
