摘　　要：在直驱系统中,位置反馈是非常重要的一环,位置信号作为控制的反馈输入,其优劣直接影响到驱动的性能。通过实验从信号类型、分辨率、刻线精度、信号的检测、检测元件的安装等方面详细分析了检测元件对直驱系统驱动性能的影响。As the input of feedback in control system,position feedback is the very important part in the direct-driving system. The quality of position signal directly affects the driving performance. This paper analyzes and validates the influence factor on driving performance of direct- driving system,as follows,the signal type,resolution of measure element,accuracy of ruling grating,signal detection,the assemblage of detecting element,etc.
