摘　　要：目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（ VEGF）、淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体（ LYVE）-1在肝癌组织中表达与意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测32例肝癌组织、23例肝癌旁组织和19例正常肝脏组织中VEGF、LYVE-1的表达。结果肝癌组织与癌旁组织中VEGF与LYVE-1阳性率均显著高于正常组织，而癌旁组织LYVE-1表达高于其他两组（ P＜0.05）；低未分化，Ⅲ～Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移的肝癌组织中VEGF与LYVE-1的表达水平分别比高中分化，Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移组高，且两者表达呈显著正相关（r＝0.383，P＜0.05）。结论 VEGF与LYVE-1的表达在肝癌中具有重要意义，两者可能在肝癌的发展及转移过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of VEGF and LYVE-1 in hepatocellular carcinomas.Meth-ods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and LYVE-1 in the cancer tissues from 32 cases of hepatocellular carcinomas , 23 cases of adjacent tissues of hepatocellular carcinomas , and 19 cases of normal controls.Results The positive rates of VEGF and LYVE-1 were significantly higher in hepatocellular carcinomas and adjacent tissues than those of normal liver tissue , and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) , and LYVE-1 was significantly higher in hepatocellular carcinomas and adjacent tissues than others .The expressions of VEGF and LYVE-1 were higher in poor differentiation , stageⅢ~Ⅳand lymphatic than in well and moderate differentia-tion, stageⅠ~Ⅱ, and nolymphatic.And expression of VEGF was positively related to LYVE-1 ( r=0.383 ,P<0.05 ).Conclusions The expressions of VEGF and LYVE-1 had clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinomas , and they might play an important role in the process of development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinomas.
