摘　　要：针对目前图书馆普遍存在的因馆员素质不高而导致读者服务质量较差的状况,阐述了图书馆的学风建设在馆员成长中的重要作用,指出以基础知识为核心,开展读书活动,做学者型馆员,是提高馆员素质的有效措施。In the light of the common situation of the libraries at present that the quality of the service for the readers is poorer that is caused by the poorer quality of the libraries, this paper expounds the important function of the construction of the style of study in the growing of the libraries, and points out that developing the book-reading activity centered by the fundamental knowledge and being the scholar-type librarians is the effective measure for improving the quality of the librarians.
