摘　　要：目的探讨USP22蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学检测192例大肠癌组织中USP22蛋白的表达情况。结果在结直肠癌发生及转移过程中USP22的表达量逐步上调,USP22的表达与患者的性别(P=0.031)、肿瘤大小(P=0.003)、浸润深度(P<0.0001)、淋巴结状态(P=0.005)及Ki-67的表达(P<0.0001)高度相关。结论 USP22蛋白可作为一种判断大肠癌恶性程度及侵袭转移的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the expression of USP 22 in colorectal carcinoma .Methods 192 cases of colorectal carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical staining .Results USP22 expression significantly increased from normal mucosa and adenoma to primary carcinoma (P<0.0001).And increased from primary carcinoma to liver metastasis (P=0.021)as well.Expression of USP22 was highly correlated with gender,tumor size,pT,pN,and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion USP22 protein could be useful in evaluating the malignancy of colorectal cancer .
