摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法将68例结直肠癌手术患者按住院号随机分为快速康复治疗组和传统治疗组,分别采用快速康复外科(FTS)技术及传统方法进行围手术期处理。结果相比传统组,采用FTS组的术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间缩短;恶心、呕吐发生率、手术并发症的发生率降低;术前、术后营养状态良好、住院时间缩短、住院总费用降低。结论采用FTS技术对老年结直肠癌患者进行围手术期处理可促进患者康复、减少费用。Objective To evaluate the nursing technic of fast track surgery in senile patients with colorectal cancer .Methods 68 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group .The nursing technic of fast track surgery were applied in the intervention group ,while the conventional nursing were taken in the control group .Rseult s Compared with the conventional nursing ,the application of fast track surgery nursing can significantly shorten the duration of passing flatus and defecation ,and decrease the complication rate .Besides,the fast track surgery nursing can provide better perioperative nutritional status ,reduce the length of hospital stay and expense .Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing technic is safe and effective for reducing hospital stay and getting better recovery following colorectal surgery .
