摘 要:采用有机溶剂法提取不同产地雷竹笋不同部位的总黄酮和总甾醇,利用比色法测定不同产地雷竹笋不同部位的总黄酮及总甾醇含量,单因素方差分析法检验了同一产地雷竹笋不同部位以及不同产地雷竹笋相同部位总黄酮及总甾醇的含量是否存在显著性差异。结果表明,弋阳和诸暨的雷竹笋笋体总黄酮含量均显著高于笋尖和笋蔸,临安雷竹笋全株总黄酮含量显著高于弋阳;诸暨雷竹笋笋蔸总甾醇含量显著性的高于弋阳雷竹笋笋蔸总甾醇的含量,为雷竹笋中黄酮和甾醇的研究及有效利用提供了一定的理论依据。In this paper,the flavonoids and sterols from different parts of Phyllostachys praecox cv.prevernalis growing in different areas are extracted by means of organic solvents,and their total contents are also measured by the method of colorimetric.The single-factor variance analysis is used to test whether the total contents of flavonoids and sterols from different parts of the bamboo growing in the same area are significantly different,and that of the same part of the bamboo growing in different areas are significantly different.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids in the shoot bodies from Yiyang and Zhuji were significantly higher than that of the shoot tips and stumps,and the flavonoids contents of the these shoots were also remarkably higher than those from Yiyang,sterol contents of the bamboo stumps from Zhuji were much higher than those from Yiyang.This may provide a theoretical basis for the research and utilization of Phyllostachys praecox cv.prevernalis.
