摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除、原位尿流改道术中新膀胱与后尿道的吻合技术及疗效.方法：2010年1月~2014年1月,对46例膀胱癌患者行腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除、原位尿流改道术,采用双针分侧半环形连续缝合法完成新膀胱与后尿道的吻合.结果：新膀胱与后尿道吻合时间18~35 mi n ,平均25 mi n .3例术后出现轻度漏尿,2周后愈合.随访2~36个月,平均13个月,患者均获得较好的日间控尿.结论：双针分侧半环形连续缝合法可有效缩短新膀胱与后尿道吻合时间,操作方便易行,术后并发症少,具有较好的推广价值.To expl ore the laparoscopic anasto mosis bet ween the resi dual urethra and neobladder . Methods :Fro m Jan .201 0 to Jan .201 4 ,the method of se micircle running suture from side to side with double needles was used to anasto mose the resi dual urethra and neobladder in 46 patients with bladder urothelial carcino ma who un-der went laparoscopic radical cystecto my and orthotopic urinary di versi on .Results :The mean operating ti me for the anasto mosis was 25 min (range 1 8 to 35 min ).Sli ght urine leakage occurred in 3 cases postoperati vely ,which disap-peared two weeks later naturally .The mean follow- up was 1 3 months (range 1 to 36 months ),during which ,all pa-tients were di urnally continent .Conclusions :In vie w of the advantages such as short anasto mositc ti me ,si mple ma-ni pulati on and less co mplicati ons ,the method of se micircle running suture from side to side with double needles is worthy to be utilized in the anasto mosis bet ween the resi dual urethra and neobladder.
