高校学生思想政治工作队伍建设的现状矛盾与对策研究

摘　　要：一支 具有 一 定数 量 和质 量的 专兼 职 学生 思 想政 治工 作队 伍 ,是 高校 稳定 、发 展不 可 或缺 的基 本 力量 。 这支 队伍 建设 的现状 出 现了 不容 小视 的 五对 主 要矛 盾:专 业 特点 与 工作 的矛 盾;工作 的 特点 与新 旧专 业 的矛 盾 ;年龄 的 特点 与工 作 流动 性强 的矛盾 ;角 色的 特 点与 扮演 的 矛盾 ;发 展的 特点 与 方向 的矛 盾 。这些 矛 盾源 自宏 观 上党 的工 作 重心 转移 的 挑战 及思 想 教育 的“软”失误 ;微 观上 则 源自 各高 校 不同 程度 的 重教 学科 研 轻思 想政 治 工作 的系 列 现象 。对 策的 关键 也在 重 视 二 字,重复 合性 队伍 的 建设 ;重 政策 的 摆平 落实 ;重 待遇 保 证;重考 核的 加强 。A contingent of qualified full-time and part-time ideological and political workers in charge of students is the basic force indispensable for the stability and development of a college or an university. But, presently, in building this contingent there exist some contradictions such as those between professional features and work, between work features and profession, between age characteristics and work mobility, etc. To solve these contradictions, it is imperative to place strong emphasis on the building of the compound contingent, the implementation of a policy, the guarantee of treatment, and the tightening of check and appraisal.
