摘 要:随着高等教育的发展,教学研究型大学逐步表现出了向研究型大学转型的发展趋势。为实现向研究型大学的"跃升",优化青年教师培养工作势在必行。根据大学转型面临的机遇和挑战,并针对传统培养理念存在的不足、教学科研及创新能力欠缺等问题,提出创新师德师风建设及队伍建设理念及管理机制,做好青年教师培养目标顶层设计,加强工程实践能力培养及国际化素养培育,建立全方位考核激励体系等具体措施,促进青年教师教学科研能力及创新能力的提升,保证青年教师培养工作稳健发展,推动高校顺利转型。With the development of higher education,teaching and research universities are being transformed to research universities. In order to realize such a jump,it is imperative to optimize the training of young teachers. In light of the opportunities and challenges in the university transformation,aiming at the problems that exist in the traditional training system,as well as the lack of teaching and scientific research and innovation abilities,this paper puts forward specific measures to construct long-effect mechanism of training and management,makes the top-level design for training young teachers,strengthens the training of engineering practice ability and international literacy and establishes the comprehensive assessment and incentive mechanism so as to promote young teachers' teaching and scientific research and innovation abilities and guarantee the steady development of the work for young teachers' training,meanwhile pushing the university transformation smoothly.
