摘  要:目的建立高效毛细管电泳同时分离测定5种水溶性维生素的方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法分离测定复合维生素B片和脉动饮料中的维生素,研究缓冲溶液体系、电压、温度、进样时间对测定结果的影响。结果 5种水溶性维生素在6 min内获得基线分离。结论高效毛细管电泳法对水溶性维生素的分析具有简便、快速的特点。Objective To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method for the simultaneous separation and determination of five kinds of water-soluble vitamins. Methods The vitamins in Compound Vitamin B Tablets and Mizone were separated and determined by HPCE method, and the effects of buffer solution system, separation voltage, column temperature and sample injection time on determination results were studied. Results The base line separation of five kinds of water-soluble vitamins was obtained within 6 minutes. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, which can be used for analysis of water-soluble vitamins.
