基于K-means聚类算法的女裤弹性面料分类研究

摘　　要：依据国家纺织行业标准FZ/T 01034—2008和FZ/T7 0006—2004,对37种女裤常用弹性面料进行测试,以获得弹性性能指标。运用K-means聚类算法,借助SPSS软件,在综合分析弹性面料经纬向弹性伸长率和回复率的基础上,将女裤弹性面料分为低弹面料、中弹面料、中高弹面料、高弹面料和超高弹面料等5类,以期为企业在弹性面料女裤的款式、结构设计及智能化实现方面提供有效参考。Elastic properties were obtained though testing 37 kinds of commonly used pants elastic fabrics,under the direction of the national standard FZ /T 01034—2008 and FZ /T 70006—2004. Based on comprehensive analysis of the elastic fabric of warp and weft elastic elongation and recovery rate,pants elastic fabrics were classified into 5 scopes of low elasticity,middle elasticity,middle-high elasticity,high elasticity and ultraelasticity,with the help of K-means clustering algorithm and SPSS software. It was hoped to provide effective guidance for elastic pants on style design,structure design and intelligence realized.
