摘 要:运用仿真软件Ansoft HFSS,构建了一款边带陡峭的LTCC带通滤波器的三维模型。在将滤波器级数增大到六级的基础上,又通过不相邻谐振级之间的交叉耦合,分别在阻带的高、低端引入了多个传输零点,大大提高了带外抑制度。结合电路仿真以及三维电磁场仿真,设计并制作了一款尺寸为4.5mm*3.4mm*1.5mm的六级带通滤波器,其中心频率为3.325GHz,带宽为170MHz,实测结果与仿真结果一致性较好。由于采用了目前流行的LTCC多层结构,该滤波器体积非常小,是标准的片式元器件封装,可以广泛应用于各移动通信系统中。Using the simulation software Ansoft HFSS,? a LTCC bandpass filter design with a steep side band was constructed with three-dimensional model.Based on the design of the t sixth-order filter,multi-transmission zeros at low frequency and high frequency were introduced by adding cross-coupling between non-adjacent resonators level,it can greatly improving the stopband rejection.Combined with circuit simulation and three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation,a sixth-order bandpass filter with size of 4.5mm * 3.4mm * 1.5mm was designed and produced,it's center frequency is 3.325 GHz and the bandwidth is 170 MHZ,the measured results and simulation results are in good consistency.The filter size is very small as a result of LTCC multilayer structure,and it is a standard SMD components encapsulation,so it can be widely used in the mobile communications system.
