Hsa-miR-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达及与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的观察Hsa-miR-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集结直肠癌患者手术标本66例,应用原位杂交方法检测癌组织及肿瘤远端切缘正常结直肠组织中Hsa-miR-9的表达状况,并观察其与结直肠癌临床病理参数及临床分期之间的关系。结果 Hsa-miR-9在结直肠癌组织中高表达(68.18%)远高于正常结直肠组织中表达率(15.15%)(P=0.007);结直肠癌组织中Hsa-miR-9的高表达率与肿瘤分化及浸润程度、肿瘤有无淋巴结及远处转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05)。结论 Hsa-miR-9与结直肠癌的发生、发展、转移密切相关,可成为结直肠癌指导治疗、判断预后的生物学指标。Objective To observe the expression of Hsa-miR-9 and its clinical significance in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods Hsa-miR-9 expression was detected by in situ hybridization detection method in 66 surgical specimens of colorectal cancer patients,and its relationship between clinicopathological parameters,clinical stage of colorectal cancer and Hsa-miR-9 expression level were analyzed.Results Hsa-miR-9 expression rate(68.18%) in colorectal cancer tissue was much higher than that(15.15%) in normal colorectal tissues(P=0.007).High expressionrates of Hsa-miR-9 in colorectal cancer were associated with tumor differentiation and depth of invasion,lymph node and distant tumor metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusions Hsa-miR-9 is closely associated with the occurrence,development and metastasis of colorectal cancer,and it could be a predictive biomarker in the treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
