摘　　要：针对高校离退休基层党组织建设存在的一系列难点问题,对高校离退休基层党支部中的在职党支部和离退休党支部如何建立学习型党支部,如何提升为离退休老同志服务的本领以及如何创新离退休党支部的学习制度、活动内容等进行了有针对性的分析,据此提出了高校离退休基层党组织建设的新思路。The article aims at solving a series of difficulties and problems on the party construction at the grass roots of the retired in higher educational institutes.The aspects on how to construct learning party branch including on service and the retired,how to improve the ability of service for the retired and how to innovate the learning regulations and the contents of activities on the party branch at the grass roots of the retired in higher educational institutes are analyzed pertinently.A novel approach for the party construction at the grass roots of the retired in higher educational institutes is explored.
