摘　　要：建立了一类带有潜伏年龄结构的手口足病模型,得到了基本再生数.如果基本再生数小于1,无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;如果基本再生数大于1,疾病是一致持续的.An HFMD model with latent age is introduced.The reproduction number is obtained.If R_0< 1,the disease-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable.If R_0 > 1,the disease is persistent.
